The Journey to Paw Print

An animal-mad child grows into an animal-mad grown up, decides to go to vet school in Bristol for five years, having already graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Warwick University. Her parents are somewhat surprised/shocked/horrified(!), but support her anyway (thank you mum and dad). She works hard, graduates with a First Class BVSc with Honours, then works in the best, busiest, most supportive vet practices she can find, night and day, to ensure she is the best general practice small animal vet she can be, ready for when she opens her own practice. During this time, she acquires Alfie (rescue human-dog), moves to Derby, gets married and has two children.

We are a friendly, family operated, and owned veterinary practice located in Mickleover, Derbyshire.

We know that little things in this world matter. We ensure that here, you will find a knowledgeable, approachable, helpful team that are dedicated to their professions and supported with the best technology and ongoing training. You will also find smiles on arrival, and coffee and hugs when words just aren’t enough.

All consultations are booked into fifteen minute time slots and we have convenient car parking. If you need us, we are here for you.
